PLEASE NOTE:

Most of the info on this site was "concieved" in the "old" There days and as such might be obsolete although I'm slowly updating it. I'm working on a new site with updated info. Hope to have it ready for the official opening of the new There.com.

The newer paz

All official shop-available paz's are measured according to the metric system (used to be measured in acres). A new paz from the shop always include 30 days prepaid rent in the price. And the prices are consistent.

To check if the price in auction isn't higher than the shop take a look at this table:

An example:

Someone sells a 16x16/10 paz for 5,000 tbucks with 10 days left. That means 10 days x 168 tbucks a day = 1,680 tbucks for 10 days rent still left on the paz. Add the basic paz price of 460 tbucks = paz is no more worth than 2,140 tbucks. If you pay 5,000 tbucks for the paz, the seller makes a profit of 3,360 tbucks !! A new 16x16/10 paz from There Shop cost 5,500 tbucks INCLUDING 30 DAYS RENT PREPAID. Who is the winner?

In other words: You pay 5,000 tbucks for a paz with only 10 days rent left - or you pay 500 tbucks extra and get 20 days extra rent. You do the math :)

** There's some mystery regarding the 64x64/100 paz. It cost 48,000tb from shop - but it takes 48,480 to refill a month??? So it is cheaper to buy a new paz than refill??? No idea why There has chosen that price scheme...
